Refund & Return policy
Didn’t like your SplashStyle look? No worries! You can
return or exchange your SplashStyle purchase within 5 days of delivery, with
nominal handling charges. We want you to love your style. We have a
5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to
request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same
condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its
original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us
immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item,
so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges will be 7 days after raising the request.
REPLACEMENT will be done in 7 days after raising the
request.
Return will not be eligible if the label and tags are
removed.
Refunds
No worries—fashion mishaps happen! Just send us a message on
WhatsApp with some pictures or an unboxing video of the product on the same day
you receive, and we’ll send a brand-new one your way ASAP. We want you feeling
100% confident in your SplashStyle look!
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your
return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll
be automatically refunded on your amount will be created to original payment
method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your
bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
